Quinta dos Carvalhais is a 27,00 ha farm (olive, blueberry, gooseberry, cereals and forest) located next to the Serra da Estrela Natural Park and by the Mondego River.
With a prime location, the views are magnificent and inspiring. In the distance you can see the 4 mountain villages that surround the Quinta… .The horizons are vast and bright!
At night the starry sky is unique and authentic. This is a world without pollution.
Guests may participate in agricultural activities if they wish.
The house, fully equipped, combines the old and traditional style of Beira Interior and Serra da Estrela, with comfortable and contemporary interior materials.
We offer at the Quinta the following recreational, recreational and educational equipment:
- Old wood oven to make bread;
- Ancient stone threshing floor;
- old stone tank;
- Room for dissemination actions and workshops;
