Welcome to SunRising Apartment, situated in Caniço on Madeira Island. This property provides a welcoming and functional environment for up to four guests, making it a suitable option for couples, families, and groups of friends wishing to discover the island.



The accommodation features one private bedroom and a living area equipped with a sofa bed to sleep two additional guests. A key feature of this apartment is the inclusion of two bathrooms, offering extra convenience and privacy for the whole group. The kitchen is fully prepared for home cooking, equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and hob, as well as a complete set of cutlery, plates, and cooking utensils.



For your entertainment and daily needs, the apartment includes a Smart TV with a box, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. We are happy to accommodate families with small children by providing a baby cot and baby chair. Fresh bed linen and bath towels are supplied for your stay.



Check-in is arranged from 16:00 until 05:00 in the morning to allow for flexible arrivals. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. While you will find free public parking on the street near the building, we recommend renting a car to navigate the terrain and explore Madeira with ease.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
