With 25m² of open space and a 4m² terrace overlooking the Castle, this studio is perfect for one person or a couple.
Built in 1923, the building is classified as a property of historical interest by the Portuguese Institute of Architectural Heritage (IPPAR), being the only remaining Art Nouveau building in the neighborhood and one of the first in Lisbon to use concrete slabs between floors instead of traditional wooden structures.
The renovation was meticulous: over a year and a half, ceilings, floors, and original woodwork were restored by specialized artisans. At the same time, the entire building has been modernized with new electrical and plumbing infrastructure, air conditioning, Chromecast television, and high-speed Wi-Fi, combining historic charm with contemporary comfort.
This studio on the 4th floor (no elevator) accommodates up to 2 guests in a welcoming, bright, and exclusive environment, with a private balcony, modern bathroom, and fully equipped kitchenette.

Public transportation is convenient, with several tram and bus lines passing through the district, and the nearest metro station, Baixa-Chiado, is a short walk away, providing easy access to other parts of the city.
