Xavelha Clifftop by Atlantic Holiday is a welcoming apartment located in Câmara de Lobos, Madeira Island, offering a comfortable setting for guests who wish to enjoy the island in a relaxed and practical way. With capacity for up to four guests, this apartment is suitable for couples, families, or friends traveling together.



The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, both with showers, including one en-suite connected to the main bedroom. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and utensils, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, cutlery, plates, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The living area offers a comfortable space to unwind, equipped with air conditioning and a smart TV with box.



Additional amenities include a washing machine and dryer, hairdryer, baby cot, and baby high chair. Guests can enjoy access to a shared swimming pool within the building. A private garage parking space is available for added convenience.



Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00. Xavelha Clifftop by Atlantic Holiday provides a comfortable base to experience Madeira while enjoying privacy and essential amenities.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
