•Room with 2 single beds, with bathroom with shower right in front (also used as a service toilet)

•Room with 2 single beds
•Children's room with 2 bunk beds (only for children up to 16 years old), with external entrance near the kitchen and spacious private bathroom with shower
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
In total, the house has 5 bathrooms: 2 with bathtub and 3 with shower.

•Spacious living room with two large sofa areas and fireplace
•Dining room with large table for all guests and fireplace
•Both rooms have ceiling fans
•Due to solid construction and direct connection to the exterior/pool, air conditioning was not installed in these areas
