Pearl View by Atlantic Holiday is a modern apartment located in Funchal, on the beautiful Madeira Island, offering a comfortable base to explore the city and its surroundings. Designed to accommodate up to six guests, it is well suited for couples, families, or friends traveling together.



The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and the master with both a shower and bathtub. An additional social bathroom adds convenience for daily use. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, and all essential cookware, cutlery, and tableware needed to prepare meals at home. The living area is fitted with a smart TV with box, air conditioning, and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day out.



Additional amenities include a washing machine, hairdryer, baby cot, and baby high chair. Guests have access to shared swimming pools and gym within the building. A private garage parking space is available, and public bus stops with several routes are located nearby.



The apartment is within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, and other local services. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
