This loft-style studio sits on the fourth and top floor of a traditional Lisbon building. With sloped wooden ceilings and large windows, the space is filled with natural light and offers charming views over the city rooftops, including the towers of the Sé Cathedral.

- Living/Sleeping Area:

The open-plan layout includes a double bed, a dining table for two, and a TV, creating a welcoming and practical setup for short stays. Due to the attic layout, ceiling height varies throughout the studio, and guests should be mindful of the lower ceilings in some areas.

- Kitchenette:

The kitchenette is designed for light meals and everyday convenience, featuring a 2-burner electric stovetop, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and mini fridge.

- Bathroom:

The bathroom has an unconventional layout, typical of historic attic apartments, but it is fully functional. It features a walk-in shower (without a shower tray) and benefits from natural light.

Access to the apartment is via narrow and steep stairs, typical of historic Lisbon buildings. There is no elevator, and the climb to the top floor is part of the experience.

Being on the top floor brings excellent natural light and a calmer feel, while the surrounding area places you within walking distance of the city’s most iconic sights.

- Located in the Sé de Lisboa area, the studio sits on Largo de Santo António da Sé, with cafés, bakeries, and local shops just outside the door. Public transport is extremely convenient, with bus and tram stops right in front of the building, including the iconic Tram 28, making it easy to explore the city without a car.

Good to Know:

- This is an attic studio of 22 sqm on the top floor of a historic building with no elevator.
- The stairs are steep and narrow, and ceiling height varies due to the sloped ceilings.
- The apartment does not have air conditioning or a coffee machine; however, an electric kettle is available.
- Parking in the area is very limited and paid, which is typical in central Lisbon.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts at 14:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.

- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.



CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:



- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.

- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.

- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).

- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.

- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.



OTHER RULES.:



- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.

- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).

- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.

- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
