Apartment, fully renovated in 2024, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, is fully equipped for your stay. Prepare your meals in the complete kitchen (includes Dolce Gusto coffee machine), free WiFi, Air conditioning (in the living room), Cable TV, washing machine and relax in the small verdant and refreshing private terrace perfect for outdoor meals

PROPERTY RULES

Smoking is prohibited

Parties or events are prohibited

Groups under 25 years old are not admitted

Pets are not allowed on the property

Respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Prohibited to exceed the permitted occupancy limit: up to 4 guests (children included)

It is not allowed to leave rubbish or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

If the rules are not complied with, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without the right to a refund



SEF BORDER AND FOREIGNERS SERVICE

Mandatory to provide the managing company SAPvillas with the data of all guests in the reservation.



DAMAGE DEPOSIT €200.00

The damage deposit is mandatory and will be refunded, if no damage is found, by bank transfer within 14 working days.

If damage is found, the return of the remaining amount may take longer than usual, as it may depend on quotes.



TOURIST TAX

Mandatory payment for all guests aged 13 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays by a professional team

Bed and bath linen washed in a professional laundry at a minimum of 60 degrees.



IN-PERSON CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

£30.00 (additional cost) Late arrival from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM

£50.00 (additional cost) Late arrival from 11:00 PM onwards

The guest must inform SAPvillas in advance of the expected arrival time

If arriving before 5:00 PM, you may store your luggage in our office



KEY HANDOVER: at the accommodation

You must inform at least one day in advance if you leave before 11:00 am.
