Framed by the Atlantic and the gentle rhythm of urban life, it offers a quiet sense of retreat within walking distance of renowned restaurants, coastal promenades, contemporary shopping and the island’s finest beaches. From here, Madeira unfolds with ease through the nearby fast-track road.

Designed with a contemporary sensibility shaped by minimalist, modernist and subtle Japandi influences, the villa embraces a palette inspired directly by Madeira Island. Warm wood tones echo the laurisilva forests, soft stone reflects the island’s cliffs, and deep Atlantic blues bring the ocean indoors with quiet sophistication. The interplay of these natural elements allows the colours of the landscape to shape the atmosphere, creating a luminous and harmonious space that feels intrinsically connected to its surroundings.

The villa hosts up to six guests across three serene en suite bedrooms, each with a queen bed, private walk-in shower and uninterrupted views of the ocean. The master suite offers a deep sense of retreat with a free-standing bathtub, walk-in shower and a dedicated dressing area. Each bedroom includes a discreet workspace facing the sea, ideal for longer stays or calm remote work.

On the main level, living and dining areas flow onto terraces that frame the mountains, the city and the Atlantic. A fully equipped kitchen with a sculptural stone island anchors the space, extending naturally to an outdoor dining terrace and dedicated barbecue area. Soft lighting and an integrated home-automation system allow each guest to shape the ambience to their preference.

Outdoors, a private garden with cedars, a solarium with loungers and an intimate jacuzzi invite unhurried mornings and restorative afternoons. The jacuzzi is heated throughout the year, maintaining a comfortable temperature between 35ºC and 40ºC. Moments shift gently with the light, bringing a sense of calm that connects architecture and landscape. The lower level offers further comfort with a tennis table, a spacious laundry area and a private garage.

Technological features include high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the villa, air conditioning, a Smart TV, EV charger and an air-purification system in the garage. The home adapts naturally to families, couples and extended stays, offering clarity, comfort and a welcoming sense of space.

4. Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00, out of respect for the surrounding environment. During these hours, jacuzzi use is not permitted.

5. Check-In & Check-Out
Kindly respect the scheduled check-in and check-out times to help ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. Check-ins are welcomed until 22:00. For arrivals after this time, a €32 supplement for night-time coordination applies. This can be settled via the online check-in form or, if not completed in advance, on arrival.

6. Neighbour Awareness
Please remain mindful of the local community throughout your stay.

7. Furnishings and Amenities
All furnishings and amenities are provided for your enjoyment throughout the stay. Kindly ensure that no items are removed from the property.

8. Additional Guests or Visitors
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the premises.

9. Insects & Wildlife
This property is located on Madeira Island, known for its lush nature and subtropical climate. Depending on the season, occasional sightings of insects or small wildlife may occur. While regular pest control is in place, a fully insect-free environment cannot be guaranteed. We recommend keeping windows closed, storing food securely, and managing waste appropriately to help maintain comfort.

10. Tourist Tax
As part of local requirements, a tourist tax of €2 per person per night (up to 7 nights, for guests aged 13 and above) will be collected during check-in via the registration form. This contribution is forwarded directly to the municipality.
