The property also offers a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, a hairdryer and a Smart TV with a box for entertainment. Families benefit from the availability of a baby cot and a high chair.



A private garage space in the same building ensures secure and practical parking throughout the stay. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for guests’ convenience, and smoking inside the property is not permitted. The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
