Villa Fénix II is a contemporary residence set within a discreet private condominium in Câmara de Lobos, just minutes from the main island roads yet immersed in serene, natural surroundings. Framed by sea, mountains and banana groves, it offers a quiet rhythm of living within reach of the island’s vibrant capital and iconic landscapes like Cabo Girão.

The villa comfortably hosts up to six guests across three bedrooms, including one en suite. Each room features a queen-size bed and air conditioning. Two additional bathrooms, one full and one guest WC, provide effortless comfort for longer stays. The layout is generous, flowing across three floors with living and leisure areas connected to the outdoors.

Architecturally, the home reflects a minimalist and refined Scandinavian aesthetic, with soft materials and a neutral palette that create a gentle visual harmony. The interiors are thoughtfully curated to offer clarity and calm, while embracing natural light and outdoor views.

Outside, guests can enjoy a patio with sun loungers, an alfresco dining area and a built-in barbecue. A balcony on the upper floor frames sunsets over the Atlantic. The lower level is designed for connection and activity. A private gym with full equipment, a convivial lounge space, children’s play zone and a tennis table offer options for movement or rest.

Technological comforts are seamlessly integrated, with Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi and climate control throughout. The fully equipped kitchen and dedicated laundry area ensure the villa is ready for extended stays with family or close friends.

On request, Madeira Dream Stays can arrange personalised services such as private chefs, curated island tours and airport transfers, tailoring each stay to the guest’s pace and preferences. Private parking with EV charger is included.

1. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

2. Parties or Events
To preserve the tranquil atmosphere, parties and large gatherings are not allowed.

3. Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property.

4. Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00, out of respect for the surrounding environment.

5. Check-In & Check-Out
Kindly respect the scheduled check-in and check-out times to help ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. Check-ins are welcomed until 22:00. For arrivals after this time, a €32 supplement for night-time coordination applies. This can be settled via the online check-in form or, if not completed in advance, on arrival.

6. Neighbour Awareness
Please remain mindful of the local community throughout your stay.

7. Furnishings and Amenities
All furnishings and amenities are provided for your enjoyment throughout the stay. Kindly ensure that no items are removed from the property.

8. Additional Guests or Visitors
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the premises.

9. Insects & Wildlife
This property is located on Madeira Island, known for its lush nature and subtropical climate. Depending on the season, occasional sightings of insects or small wildlife may occur. While regular pest control is in place, a fully insect-free environment cannot be guaranteed. We recommend keeping windows closed, storing food securely, and managing waste appropriately to help maintain comfort.

10. Tourist Tax
As part of local requirements, a tourist tax of €2 per person per night (up to 7 nights, for guests aged 13 and above) will be collected during check-in via the registration form. This contribution is forwarded directly to the municipality.
