The apartment is accessible by elevator and there's usually parking spots available on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Rua José Cardoso da Silva, it is in a quiet and well-served area of Porto, right next to Universidade do Porto Campus and St. John's Hospital.



The metro station is just a few minutes walk, which provides quick and direct connections to downtown Porto and the city's main attractions.

Getting Around:

There's a bus station 1-minute away and a metro station (St. John's Hospital) 15 minutes walking.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of €200 will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (subject to inquiry). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) - fee upon inquiry.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses of €150. If the expenses exceed this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits expected.
