On the outside, the 800m² property offers a garden equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and swimming pool ideal for outdoor leisure moments. The 20m² veranda and terrace provide additional spaces to relax and enjoy the landscape.



For greater convenience, the house has 2 private outdoor parking spaces, facilitating arrival and departure. Electric heating and the fireplace ensure comfort on cooler days, while Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected.
