The Space:
This lovely villa in the quiet area of AlmaVerde is the perfect retreat for those seeking comfort, space, and proximity to some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches. Designed with sustainability in mind, the home stays naturally cool in summer thanks to its natural ventilation system. All rooms have flyscreens and fans are provided in the bedrooms for extra comfort.

The villa accommodates up to 7 guests and features four bedrooms: two with twin beds, one with a double bed, and one with a sofa bed that also serves as an office — ideal for remote work. There are three full bathrooms for added convenience.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, additional drinks fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and all the utensils needed for home-cooked meals. There's a cozy dining area and a spacious living room with three sofas, a smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi.

Upstairs, a mezzanine leads to two rooftop terraces — perfect for enjoying a drink on warm summer evenings. There's also a pleasant interior patio for relaxing moments.

Outside, guests will find an outdoor dining area and a fully private swimming pool with sun loungers and a parasol — ideal for sunny days. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional charge of €40/day. Please note that access to the pool is via stairs.

The house offers heating, fast Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen, starter toilet paper, hairdryer, and iron. A highchair and baby cot are available upon request.

Just a short walk away, you’ll find a public playground, tennis courts, and a five-a-side football pitch — all available for pre-booking at an extra cost.

Pets and smoking are not allowed indoors. Charging electric vehicles is not permitted.

Important:The house and pool are not childproof. Parents are fully responsible for supervising their children during the stay.

The villa is located in a peaceful, family-oriented residential area where parties and events are not allowed. It’s ideal for guests seeking rest, nature, and tranquility — while respecting the local neighbors, many of whom are retired and value a quiet environment.

AlmaVerde is just 5 to 15 minutes from the beaches of Burgau, Cabanas Velhas, Salema, and 18 minutes by car from Lagos.

A mid-stay cleaning is included for bookings longer than 7 nights.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all areas of the property, providing a private experience. From the indoor spaces, such as the bedrooms and the fully equipped kitchen, to the outdoor leisure areas, including the pool and BBQ space, everything is available for your total comfort and enjoyment.

We are available to assist with any questions or recommendations. While we value your privacy, we are always just a message away, ensuring your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

We kindly request our guests to be considerate of the peaceful atmosphere on the premises. Please be aware that we have specific guidelines in place, including a commitment to maintaining a quiet environment. We have a strict policy against noise disturbances and parties. Additionally, we have a family-oriented atmosphere.

In accordance with Portuguese legal requirements, all property owners are obligated to provide guest information to the Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). To ensure compliance, we will send you an SEF form upon booking. Completing and returning this form to us before your arrival is mandatory.
