Breeze House is a comfortable holiday home in Caniço, Madeira, for up to 6 guests. Ideal for couples, families, or friends, it has 3 bedrooms: two with queen beds and one single.There are 3 bathrooms total: one toilet, one with shower and one with a bathtub.



The main kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, dishwasher and cookware. A washing machine, hairdryer, smart TV with box, and air conditioning are provided. Baby cot and high chair are available.



From the top balcony, you can enjoy sea views.

Heated Pool:

Our villa provides the option to heat the pool for your convenience. Please note that this service is available for an additional cost and can be arranged upon request.

During summer, the normal pool temperature is around 17/18°C, reaching up to 26/27°C. In winter, the temperature typically ranges from 14/15°C, reaching up to 23/24°C.



Private garage parking for 2 cars is included. Bed linen and towels are provided. Check-in is from 16:00 to 05:00.



Being on a subtropical island, insects and small animals can occasionally enter. We take measures to reduce this as much as possible. Smoking is not allowed inside.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.



This property features two separate accommodations: a spacious main house and a private studio. Each unit has its own private entrance, ensuring your complete privacy. Please note that access to the pool and BBQ area is exclusively for guests of the main house.
