The Space:

The big windows flood the open lounge and dining room with Douro light, while the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for a crowd effortless. Nine double bedrooms plus one flexible suite with sofa bed all feature modern bathrooms, air-conditioning and crisp linen. Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi and a handy laundry keep life simple, and sliding doors lead straight to loungers, umbrellas, manicured grass and the stone barbecue gazebo.

The Neighborhood:

Santa Marinha do Zêzere is pure Douro: winding lanes, family-run quintas and fragrant orange groves framing postcard river views. Sip tawny port in nearby Peso da Régua, cruise past vine-clad slopes, browse Saturday markets in Baião or hike pine-scented trails. As dusk settles, return to star-studded skies broken only by crickets and the distant murmur of the river.



Other Things to Note:

In the month of May, check-ins should preferably take place between 3 PM and 6 PM. However, please let us know if you plan to arrive later, so we can arrange to welcome you accordingly.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.

- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.

- Love breakfast? You can indulge for a fee of €14.90 per person, but make sure to pre-order, it's essential.
