The house has two bright bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, complemented by a second bathroom on the ground floor. The spaces are functional and well utilised, designed to ensure comfort without excesses.



On the outside, you can enjoy two distinct areas: a small terrace with a street view and a more private patio with a dining table - perfect for relaxed meals or a glass of wine at the end of the day.



The kitchen is equipped for the essentials of day-to-day life, and the living room invites relaxation, with fast internet and television with international channels. All this just a few minutes' walk from the charms of the historic centre, local cafés and traditional shops.
