This villa has fantastic views over the golf course, the Atlantic Ocean and the island of Berlengas. It has 4 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are on the 1st floor, both with double beds and views of golf and sea. The master bedroom has a private terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and views. The two other bedrooms also have a double bed, are on the ground floor and have access to the outside patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer / dryer, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and has a door that gives access to the patio with barbecue, table and chairs for a meal outside. In the dining room there is a table with chairs for 8 people and the living room has a sofa that seats 8 people comfortably, a TV, DVD player and fireplace. The doors that open onto the outside patio allow sunlight to enter the house. Outside, there is a space with sofas and a table, and around the pool you will find sun loungers to enjoy the sun and views. The swimming pool (9x5m) can be heated upon request and extra payment.
