The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals before dining on the balcony or relaxing in the living room with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the Douro. A garage space is included, and guests can also use the shared laundry facilities available in the building.

This residential area of Gaia is calm and elevated, literally. From here, you’ll enjoy a privileged vantage point over Porto, yet remain close to the city’s pulse. A short ride takes you to the historic centre, the world-famous Port wine cellars, or the beach. The surrounding area includes local cafés, grocery shops, and peaceful green spaces, ideal for a morning walk or jog.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.

- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.



- Unfortunately, there is ongoing construction outside, near the building. You may also notice some dust from the construction sites on the balcony.
