Villa Algarve is located in Albufeira, facing the sea on the first line, with a large private garden of 3000 m2 and a 400 m2 house in traditional Algarve style with a comfortable and beautiful decoration.
You are just 8 minutes walk from Coelha beach in Albufeira, with easy access via a trail.
The entire property is surrounded by a large, lush walled garden, maintaining great privacy and security.
In the private garden area there is a swimming pool (which can be heated to 28C / 82 F for an extra fee of €600 per week), a tennis court with football goals, a ping pong table, a barbecue, and private parking for several vehicles (4).

In the summer months the pool water reaches temperatures above 28C so it will not be necessary to heat the water

The house has several terraces with incredible views of the sea and can accommodate up to 14 people (2 children included) in 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with Wi-Fi with excellent coverage

First space: located on the first floor, it has a double bedroom with a private bathroom and a private terrace with views of the pool and sea
Second space: located on the first floor with 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds sharing a full bathroom and a terrace with views of the pool and sea
Third space: located on the entrance floor of the house with 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds sharing a full bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace
Fourth space: located on the entrance floor of the house, it has 1 large double bedroom with bathroom next door and access to a room where the washing machine is located

5 of the 6 bedrooms have direct access to the outside with terraces overlooking the sea, garden and pool
