Located in the central area, next to the City Hall, this apartment is part of a typical building, completely renovated in 2020. The common areas include large green spaces, wide corridors and an outdoor swimming pool with a wooden deck and fruit trees and a garden.

Although the apartment is located on a street with little traffic, please note that it faces a street with many bars and is therefore very busy and noise.

The T1 apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator. It has a bedroom with a spacious closet to store your personal items, a comfortable double bed, cotton bed linen, pillows, duvet and blanket, and bedside tables.

The living room has a balcony facing Rua Mártires da Liberdade, a comfortable sofa bed, furniture with TV, spacious dining area, desk, a kitchen equipped with washing machine, kitchen utensils, microwave oven , coffee machine and air conditioning.

The apartment has a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and all hygiene utensils (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper), as well as bath towels for your stay.

If you want to use the sofa bed available in the apartment or if you need a cot, you must notify us in advance, at least one day before your arrival.
