The apartment has a bedroom for two guests on the ground floor and a double bed for two guests on the mezzanine. The windows are tall, with interior shutters and curtains. Private terrace in the back of the apartment where you can enjoy the sun and have your meals. The apartment has an equipped kitchenette with everything you need to spend a great stay in Porto. Bathroom with all necessary amenities. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. Public parking facilities next to the building, just down the street.

We have a crib, cutlery, baby bath and chair, babybath, available on demand - if you need any of these items, please let us know BEFORE the day of check-in!

All checkins after midnight are subject to an extra charge of € 20 paid in cash and at the moment of checkin.

After check-in/during your stay, additional charges may incur in case of:
- Loss of key;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.

Depending on the situation, the locksmith cost is between 40 / 150 Eur.

If you need a cot (or cutlery, chair and baby bath, babybath) you will need to let us know in time, at least one day before your arrival.

Guests can use the entire apartment as well as all facilities available.
