The home features two comfortable bedrooms with high-quality mattresses, soft linens, and plenty of storage, designed to ensure restful nights. A full bathroom with shower and a separate guest toilet add extra convenience. Fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided.

Step outside to the private terrace with a cosy seating area and barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink. Free street parking is available directly in front of the house, with easy ground-level access.

Please note that a €150 security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, within 7 days of check-out.

Check-in is self-guided; instructions are sent on the arrival date only after online check-in is completed.

€50 fee if the key is not returned
€80 fee if the key is lost during your stay
