In the heart of the most sought-after spot in Albufeira, Algarve, we introduce you to our great little Vista del Mar Guest House, located in the old town. The space is divided into 3 bedrooms, two sea-view balconies - one with 2 sun loungers, the other with an outdoor dining table and barbecue - a kitchen equipped with the essentials for a balanced holiday, a living room with a dining table interior, two bathrooms with shower and a bathroom with toilet only. All the space is renovated and is typical of the Algarve - small and adapted dimensions but great for your holidays. Our space has Wifi and TV with channels. The sea view is what is most appreciated in our house, from this place you can see all of Praia dos Pescadores and the following beaches. You don't need a car here, everything is on site, less than 5 minutes away! The beach is located 1 minute from the beach, walking! There is the possibility of parking 5 minutes from the place of the house. Everything you can imagine doing on this property will always be accompanied by the sound of the sea.



DAMAGE DEPOSIT / INSURANCE

We ask for a deposit (€100 per person) given on the day of check-in. The amount is returned on the day of departure if there is no damage to the property. Customers must have insurance in case something goes wrong



We ask to pay electricity bills when making a LONG TERM RESERVATION OF 25 DAYS OR MORE.



MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY CAPACITY

The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the announcement. Customers must inform us of the number of guests and their ages.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE CONDITIONS

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. at 7:00 p.m. If you arrive before 4:00 p.m., we offer you the possibility, for your comfort, of leaving your suitcases inside the property you have rented until it is ready. Before arriving at the accommodation.

Guests must vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. If you have received a cash deposit, we will refund your deposit within a maximum of one week after checking that there is no damage to the accommodation.



CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE ACCOMMODATION

The apartment is cleaned before guests arrive. Upon leaving, guests should leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition.

Please respect the house. Be moderate while you are here

All guests must abide by the house rules and not break the law and/or endanger the health of others. Remember that you will be staying in apartment buildings. Guests staying at Dream Places apartments should note that hosting parties and/or listening to loud music may disturb neighbours. If neighbors complain to the police, guests may be forced to leave the apartment immediately with loss of all monies already paid for their stay in the apartment. Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. at 08:00.

SMOKE

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.

PETS

Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

STOP! Please do not forget …

• Close the windows and doors of all rooms in the house (eg bedrooms, etc.);

• Do not leave rubbish in the accommodation;

• Do not leave food on counters. Leave all used dishes clean;

• Collect the keys or leave them in the key box. Loss of key payment of €300.00;

• when leaving, turn off the lights and air conditioning. Any additional wasted energy will be taxed.
