About This Property
Private property located in Albufeira, Galé, 5 minutes walk from the beach. This is one of the best beaches in the Algarve, with 5 km long white sandy beach, connecting Galé to Armação de Pera beach, where you can enjoy unique walks by the sea, safely, at any time of the day.
The property is fenced, has a sixty-five m2 swimming pool, surrounded by a garden area with flower beds. The pool water can be heated for an extra fee.
The house has a construction area of 420m2, spread over 3 floors, and features modern architecture. It has 4 double rooms/suites, with air conditioning, on the upper floors, all with a private bathroom, and large terraces with sea views. On the ground floor there is a lounge measuring 50m2, which has a comfortable seating area, with television, Hi-Fi and fireplace, and a dining area with a table for 8 seats.
On this floor there is also a large kitchen measuring 19 m2, fully equipped, and a guest bathroom.
Outside the house, and framed in a green area, there is a swimming pool, a covered outdoor seating area, and a second dining area with a table for 10 seats, located next to the barbecue.
The pool has rest areas, with suitable furniture, allowing you to enjoy the sun and nature in private.
On the lower floor there is a laundry area, with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.
It also has a gym, with fitness equipment, and a games room with a pool table and board games, comfortable sofas and a large Smart TV. On this floor, there is also a complete bathroom, supporting the pool and games room.
The top of the villa has another terrace, accessible from inside the house, where you can enjoy the sun and the view over the sea, as well as watch the sunset at the end of the afternoon.
In the games room, two sofas can be transformed into beds for more 2 people. The property has a cot and high chair for small children, which will be made available upon request.
Bed and bathroom linen are provided, as are kitchen towels and tablecloths. For stays of 7 nights or more, towels will be changed halfway through. For stays of 10 nights or more, there will also be a change of sheets and a general cleaning halfway through.
Parking is guaranteed, inside and outside the property, even in high season.
The Villa is located in Urbanização da Galé, which has a gourmet supermarket, “Apolónia”, located 100 meters from the property, where you can do your shopping on foot.
2 km from the property is located the famous "Salgados" Golf Course, with 18 holes.
The historic center of Albufeira is 6 km from the property. In this area of the Algarve you can find good restaurants, some of them with international recognition.
