Newly built upscale contemporary and open-plan living space. It is perfect for your stay while exploring the city of Porto. Thanks to its floor to ceiling windows in every room, the apartment is very bright and airy.



For your comfort, the beds are arranged as follows:



→ A double bed in the 1st Bedroom;

→ A double bed in the 2nd Bedroom with private bathroom(it is necessary to cross the garden to reach this 2nd bedroom);



Dine in the well-equipped KITCHEN, with all the utensils and appliances you need to prepare a good feast at the table, feeling as if you were at home:



→ Refrigerator;

→ Coffee Machine;

→ Oven;

→ Glass ceramic hob;

→ BBQ;



In addition to the kitchen, you can count on 2 of our BATHROOMS for a relaxing rain shower after visiting the city and a full sized mirror to take your selfie.



Finally, it has a SPACIOUS PRIVATE GARDEN with a barbeque where you will have the opportunity to do your yoga/sport routine (you will find some sport equipments in the apartment) and drink a glass of Port wine while the city sun and enjoying adoring the history that all the buildings in the surroundings tell you.

The Neighborhood:

3 minutes by foot from Jardim do Morro, Ponte Luis I Bridge



1 minute by foot from nearest metro stop and train station



19 minutes by foot to Sao Bento



Getting Around:

If you ask us, all Portuenses say that the best thing about Gaia, is the view of Porto, we don't think it's true, but the main attractions of this city are by the river.



The location of the apartment allows you to be close to the metro, which can take you directly to the center of Porto, or if you prefer, you can walk while soaking up the views of the river uniting the two once rival cities.



To sharpen your culture, be sure to visit the Monastery of Serra do Pilas and take a photo with a 360-degree view of Porto and the river. Since you are so close, a tip to relax: take an afternoon picnic while watching the sunset in the Jardim do Morro, to the left of the deck on top of the Luiz I Bridge. Don't forget to try a tour of the various Port wine cellars in the city of Gaia.

• Check-in starts at 3pm and ends at midnight—after that time, a midnight fee will be charged



• Check-outs end at 11:00 am; after that time midnight will be charged and if you want to leave after 2 pm you will be charged a full night.



• The Tourist tax in Vila Nova de Gaia has a cost of 2.5€ per night. This amount is per person up to 7 nights. Payment must be made through the platform after your reservation is confirmed.
