Madalena do Mar Beach House is a charming centenary stone house, completely refurbished in 2012, and located in one of the warmest and most beautiful locations of Madeira Island - Madalena do Mar.

Just 30 meters away from a wonderful pebble beach, Madalena do Mar Beach House offers unique views of the sea and the banana plantations along the mountain.

The town of Madalena do Mar has a pleasant year-round climate, with mild temperatures. The average sea water temperature during the summer months is 22ºC.

Madalena do Mar Beach House has two floors:

- In floor 0 there's a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom.

- The 1st floor has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom.

The house's outdoor spaces are ideal for relaxing while taking in some vitamine D: you can dine and relax on the ground floor's patio and you can sunbathe on the upstairs balcony whilst listening to the sound of the sea.
