The Space:

The Neighborhood:
In the heart of the vibrant city of Porto, Portugal, lies the iconic Rua Álvares Cabral. With its rich history and unique atmosphere, this street plays a central role in the life and culture of the city, beautifully blending tradition and modernity.

Rua Álvares Cabral is a traditional avenue in Porto, filled with charming architecture, perpendicular to the famous Rua de Cedofeita, where you can find a variety of shops, from fashion and accessory boutiques to craft and antique stores, as well as cozy restaurants and cafés offering a tempting selection of local and international delicacies. About 300 meters away, you will find a supermarket for your daily shopping and the Cedofeita Parking Lot (paid).

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

In case you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a cost of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – price upon consultation.

The tenant undertakes to, whenever requested by the host, allow a staff member to enter the property to carry out inspections, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a cost limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package of 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.

We have a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to ask (please consult us for the price).

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered every morning to your apartment upon request (please consult us for prices).
