Absolutely gorgeous modern townhouse with an incredible panoramic sea-view.



This lovely house has 2 bedrooms, both very bright and spacious on the ground floor. One is an ensuite and the other has a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to one of the terraces where you can relax in the sun loungers and also have access to the pool area. The pool area is restricted during the months of July and August for renters but available during the rest of the year!



The entrance to the house is via the floor above where you find the main kitchen, living room, a guest bathroom and also a second terrace with a view of Meia Praia beach. The top floor terrace is magnificent, with its own fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. It´s by far the house´s greatest feature!



The urbanisation is situated in a quiet residential street, only a short distance from the Marina, Lagos town centre and Meia Praia beach. This is a family neighbourhood, and this house is not suitable for groups of friends and gatherings.



Parties are NOT allowed and noise after 10pm is prohibited.



Checkin times are from 4pm to 8pm. Fees apply for later checkin:



Between 8pm and 10pm: 40€

Between 10pm and Midnight: 60€

Between Midnight and 2am: 100€

Between 2am and 5am: 200€



For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity costs are not included.
