The Space:

At your disposal is a complete duplex apartment with a double bedroom suite, the living area on the second floor is Open Space style and consists of a fully equipped kitchen; a large living room with sofa, dining table and a divan bed for 2 people. We mustn't forget to mention the fantastic private terrace with outdoor furniture where you can have your meals al fresco.



For your convenience, the apartment has air conditioning, a dishwasher, Smart TV and Wi-Fi.

Rua de Cedofeita is a paradise for lovers of shopping and discovery. Here, you'll find a variety of stores, from fashion and accessories boutiques to craft and antique stores, cozy restaurants and cafés offering a tempting variety of local and international delicacies. About 300 meters away you'll find a supermarket for your daily shopping and the Cedofeita parking lot (for a fee).

Other Things to Note:

Keys are collected at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to inspect the property, and monthly visits are planned for this purpose.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on the cost of water, electricity and internet/television package of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.





We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! You just have to ask (consult us for the price)
