The Neighborhood:

Located in Beco Passos Manuel, you will have all services around you, including bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and the most popular tourist attractions in Porto.



Public transport is easily accessible, with the impressive São Bento Metro and Train Station just 350 meters from the apartment. The Trindade Metro Station, which offers a direct connection to Sá Carneiro Airport, is only a 10-minute walk away.



Porto is a city full of charm! We recommend strolling through Rua de Santa Catarina, Praça dos Poveiros, Avenida dos Aliados, Galerias de Paris, Praça da Cordoaria, Rua das Flores, and Ribeira. Crossing the D. Luís I Bridge and watching the sunset at Jardim do Morro, with a panoramic view of the Douro River and the most beautiful city in Portugal, will be a magical experience. You will be left breathless by everything the Invicta city has to offer.



Bus number 500 is a great option to explore the city's riverside area. It departs from São Bento Station, passes through Ribeira, follows the Douro River's waterfront, reaches Foz, continues to Matosinhos' beaches, and ends at the Matosinhos Municipal Market, where you can enjoy a variety of fresh fish dishes and traditional northern Portuguese products.

Other Things to Note:

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of 200 euros will be applied.



If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged 200€ per hour.



In case of a lost key, a replacement fee will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of 40€ after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be provided upon request.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be covered by the guest.



The tenant is required to allow access to the property whenever requested by the host, permitting an authorized team member to carry out inspections. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.

**Important Note:** There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and may impact our guests' stay. However, we are committed to transparency to ensure our guests' expectations are met accordingly. Our mission is to make sure that **Liiiving is easy!**
