This apartment is modern and spacious. At 30 m² and located in the city's heart, our accommodation offers convenient access to all major attractions, shops and restaurants. It is on the 1st floor accessed by stairs only. It is possible for apartment C and apartment D to be rented together, as they are connected to each other.



Guests can enjoy an outdoor view from our magnificent balcony.



It has 1 fully equipped bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.



The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and coffee machine.



It has access to cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and iron. The building has a washing machine available for the use of all guests.



You will have access to the entire apartment and amenities, without any restrictions and on an exclusive basis.



We have a "Welcome Center" at Rua do Loureiro nº134, where we check-in and check-out. You can also leave your luggage there and learn more about our transfer services, cruise, wine tasting, guided tours, and more. We provide conditions of comfort and safety!
