The Space:

Enjoy an apartment with a spacious living room, ideal for dining and with access to a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, ensuring accommodation for everyone. The bathroom is equipped with all essential amenities. For added comfort, the flat offers electric heaters, a dishwasher, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. This is the perfect place to experience the spirit of Porto.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire flat, including the two bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the living room, and the full bathroom. You can also enjoy the balcony to relax.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the vibrant neighbourhood of Poveiros, on Rua de Fernandes Tomás, where the flat is located, a place that preserves the authentic charm of Porto. Just a few steps away, Praça do Campo 24 de Agosto offers local shops, restaurants and supermarkets, all just a few metres away. The Campo 24 de Agosto metro station and bus terminal, just 200 metres away, provides easy access to the entire city. Explore Rua de Santa Catarina, Bolhão Market, Avenida dos Aliados, Galeria de Paris and São Bento Station, all within walking distance. For a unique experience, take the 500 bus, which takes you on a scenic trip along the Douro River to the Matosinhos Market. Getting Around:

We offer a transfer service upon request (price upon enquiry) to make your journey more comfortable. The apartment is conveniently located near an extensive public transport network, allowing easy access to all the city's attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Key collection is done at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



In case you lose the key, you will be charged a cost (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention needed) – price upon consultation.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of one of their employees to inspect the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
