Apartment located a few meters from the gardens of Avenida da República, historic center, shops and services, 3.5km from the beautiful Monte Gordo beach, 2km from Santo António Beach and 10km from Green Beach.

Fully equipped and furnished, consisting of large living room with a balcony overlooking the pool (south), 2 bedrooms, one with a balcony overlooking the pool, fully equipped kitchen with balcony, bathroom with bathtub and distribution hall.

During the summer months there is a tourist train that runs between Vila Real de Santo António and Praia de Santo António (Praia dos Três Pauzinhos or Santo António) every 30 minutes and has six stops: Bombeiros, Jardim da Avenida dos Bombeiros, Lidl, Início da Estrada da Mata, Santo António Beach (or Três Pauzinhos Beach) and Lighthouse.

Capacity for up to: 4 adults + 1 child up to 12 years old (1 double bed, 2 single beds and spare bed)

The property does NOT have sheets and bath towels, if you wish to add 10€/person to the value
The property has a Fire Extinguisher, Flame Retardant Blanket and 1st Aid Box;
Kitchen utensils in a number equivalent to the occupancy of the property;
Hand blender, 'DELTA' capsule coffee machine, washing machine, toaster,
Cleaning Utensils; 1 Mop, 1 Mop Bucket, 1 Broom and 1 Dustpan.
They have Pillows, Blankets/Bedspreads, Mattress Covers and pillows and Hanger Hangers;
