Welcome to your relaxing escape near the shores of Lagoa de Albufeira. This private villa offers the perfect balance of comfort and leisure for families or groups of friends. Inside, you’ll find four cozy bedrooms: a queen, a double, a twin room with two single beds, and a bunk-bed room perfect for kids. All bedrooms, except the bunk room, have air conditioning for year-round comfort.

There are three modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, stylish tiled finishes, and all essential toiletries and towels provided. The bright and spacious living room features a large sectional sofa and a smart TV for streaming, with direct access to the pool area for effortless indoor-outdoor living.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all cookware, dishes, and utensils. It flows seamlessly into the indoor dining area with a rustic wooden table and benches, and the outdoor BBQ area.

Step outside to enjoy the private pool, sun terrace, and peaceful surroundings. Nestled in tranquil Lagoa de Albufeira, the villa offers easy access to the lagoon’s calm waters, nature trails, and charming local eateries, making it a serene yet convenient getaway.

Guests must submit ID/passport details before or during check-in, as per Portuguese law
Please note that a 200eur of deposit is required

- Late Check-In Fee
All guests must pay a fee of €25 for arrivals between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM, paid in cash at check-in

- Lost Key & Lockout Policy
€50 fee if the key is not returned
€80 fee if the key is lost during your stay
Additional fees may apply if a locksmith is required

Please note that there is no access to the gate for parking inside the property, but you can park on the street.
Please note that the pool maintenance is carried out every Thursday.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. To this end, the necessary measures will be taken to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access
