With an outdoor community pool, a children's playground and an outdoor fitness area and a superb view over Funchal and the Atlantic Ocean, it will undoubtedly be difficult not to fall in love with our house!
Located in Funchal but away from the noise of the city centre, accessibility is good with restaurants/bars not far from the property. Using the Madeiran bus network is also easy as the west entrance is along one of the main roads.

Note that the property has decoration and equipment that can be changed without prior notice for the most diverse reasons, so when booking you will be agreeing to these terms. In case of doubt, you should always reconfirm with us closer to your arrival. You must also respect our house rules and/or condominium rules, as well as the articles defined by Portuguese law.

Madeira is a thriving destination with ongoing tourism and real estate development, enhancing the island's charm and amenities. Please note that some construction works may occur during your stay. These activities are not related to our properties and are part of the island’s broader growth. We appreciate your understanding and are confident that your stay will be delightful despite any potential minor inconveniences.

Check-in time is from 4 pm. Check-in before 4 pm is subject to availability. The following fees apply for check-in after :
