Spacious house close to Campanhã train station that is ready to comfortably accommodate 13 people.



The house street is under construction until 2023 January.



It has 7 rooms and they are divided into two floors, three with a double bed, another with two single beds, two with a bunk bed and, finally, one with a single bed. All bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and pillows so you can rest and enjoy a good night's sleep.



There are 2 complete bathrooms with shower, one on each floor and a service bathroom on the ground floor.



The living room is equipped with a sofa and a dining table, as well as a large television, it's the perfect space for socializing, as it provides the necessary conditions to bring together everyone who is staying in the house.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove/oven and all the necessary utensils, even for longer stays.



There is also a large terrace with a removable cover, which makes the space suitable for summer and winter alike. Finally, adjacent to the terrace, there is another large room with a dining table and another kitchen where you can cook, eat and socialize.



The house has Wi-fi, cable TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with amenities.



We have a "Welcome Center" at Rua do Loureiro nº134, where we check-in and check-out. There you can also leave your luggage and learn more about our transfer services, cruise, wine tasting, guided tours and much more. We provide comfort and safety conditions!
