Our Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, with toaster, coffee machine, microwave, stove, fridge, among others.

The balcony overlooks the sea.

Wi-Fi access is provided free of charge in all areas of the apartment.

LOCAL TOURISTIC TAX:

As of the 1st January 2023, Santa Cruz City Administration charges a local tourist tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- €2 per night;

This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

This charge must be paid directly to the host (either in cash or bank transfer) so that he can deliver it to the City Hall.
