About This Property
T1 apartment for holidays on the 1st Line of Praia da Rocha with sea and beach views, fully furnished and equipped. Set in a condominium with 2 swimming pools and just 40 m from the beach.
Property consisting of: entrance hall, bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe and air conditioning (hot and cold), living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette.

- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
- Note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of November 1st and March 31st — from EUR 1 per person per night, not included in the total amount and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between the dates of April 1st and October 30th — from EUR 2 per person per night, not included in the total amount and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use. The counts are taken at the entrance and at the exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the included amount will have to be settled by guests at NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.
Prices included, for electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation depending on the type of accommodation:
T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 12 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the security.
