Lovely ground floor apartment located in the prestigious Clube Golfemar, just 6 minutes drive from the centre of Carvoeiro and 5 minutes drive from some of the most beautiful beaches in Algarve.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, being one of them en suite, and all with fitted wardrobes. A second bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms. The indoor space also comprises a fully equipped kitchen, open concept living and dinning area with a marble fireplace and a tv with various channels.
The outdoor area is composed by a terraced garden with sun loungers and an outdoor dinning area, overlooking the neighbourhood.

The property is equipped with air conditioning, electric shutters, double glazed windows, fibre optic TV and internet (wi-fi).
Beach towels included.

The pool of the complex is managed by the local Restaurant, conditions of use and any fees that are charged are not responsibility of the property owners.

For reasons of force majeure, we cannot accept reservation from guests attending to festivals.

For reservations in the winter period (November to March) the electricity consumption is charged extra.

Advise us if you require an extra bed, travel cot or baby high chair so we can leave it in the property for your arrival.
