This 104.7m² duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic building without a lift, offering a spacious and welcoming space. Distributed over two floors, the apartment has four comfortable bedrooms, all with double beds: one on the main floor and three on the upper floor. The common area includes a spacious living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a laundry area and three bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. One of the bathrooms is strategically located on the upper floor to serve the bedrooms on this floor.



The kitchen is equipped so that you can prepare your meals as at home, with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all essential utensils.



The modern bathroom includes a shower, hair dryer and personal care items.

• Lisbon Airport - 20 min by car and 40 min by public transport.



Check-in and check-out information:

- Check-in from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm (no additional cost);

- Check-out until 11:00 am.



Your check-in will be accompanied by an assistant and your arrival time will be scheduled in advance.



NOTICE: Check-in between 10:01 pm and 9:00 am incurs an additional cost of €50, pre-scheduled and paid.



Until check-in, you can leave your luggage at our office from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm on weekdays, excluding holidays, located at Cais do Sodré.



On the departure date, make sure to:

- take everything with you;

- the rubbish has been placed in the respective containers outside the building;

- the apartment keys are on the table;

- the apartment and the building are locked.



Please be careful not to make noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
