Nomad's Formosa Comfort - 1BED Porto is an apartment with one bedroom / suite, kitchen and living room, cozy and fully equipped, in a very central location in the city of Porto, on Rua Formosa.



Just two steps from Rua de Santa Catarina, right in the center of Porto, it is within a walking distance of the metro station Campo 24 de Agosto, the S. Lázaro garden, Bonfim neighborhood, restaurants, cafes, library, museums and much more.



The apartment has an iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heating with electric radiators, 1 TV, satellite TV. The kitchen is independent, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, fryer, toaster and kettle.



For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.



A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
