Just two steps from Rua de Santa Catarina, right in the center of Porto, it is within a walking distance of the metro station Campo 24 de Agosto, the S. Lázaro garden, Bonfim neighborhood, restaurants, cafes, library, museums and much more. ! 1 km from the train station "S. Bento", 3 km from "Rio Douro", 2 km from the train station "Campanhã", 5 km from the beaches of "Matosinhos", 15 km from the golf course "Miramar", 15 km of the "Sá Carneiro Airport".



The apartment has a great level of equipment, which was thought with your comfort in mind: it has an iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heating with electric radiators, 1 TV, satellite TV.



The kitchen is independent, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, fryer, toaster and kettle.



For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.



A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
