Villa Serramar is just a 5 minute drive to the centre where you will find a small sandy beach, a choice of bars and restaurants, as well as a beautiful marina. It is positioned in the warmest and sunniest area of Madeira, with easy access to the surrounding mountains where scenic walks can be enjoyed. Villa Serramar is a fantastic modern villa, offering a spacious and light interior that has been stylishly furnished throughout.

From the open plan living area, patio doors lead outside to the al fresco dining terrace and decked pool area, where one´s days can be spent relaxing pool side, whilst enjoying the view of the sea. The pool can also be heated with an extra cost, for a maximum enjoyment.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor, the second floor consists of the living and dinning area and fully equipped kitchen, and a guest toilet. The barbeque, located beside the kitchen, outside, is a great place for all those summer meals. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The garage is found on the ground floor.
Just 15 minutes from Funchal city centre, and 30 minutes from the airport, the villa Serramar is the ideal place to holiday in.

To note too that the property layout in terms of decoration can be altered without prior notice. When booking, you will be agreeing to these terms as well as having to respect all house rules as stated in all booking sites and portals.

Please be aware that our properties are situated on a tropical island, where it is common to encounter insects and other natural elements. While we take all necessary measures to maintain a comfortable and clean environment, the presence of such creatures is a natural aspect of the beautiful tropical surroundings. Check in times are from 16h. In the event of availability, early check ins are possible.
The supl fee for late arrivals from 22h00 to 00h00 is 20,00€
The supl fee for arrivals after 00h00, is 40,00€

Check outs are until 10h00. In the event of availability, a late check out can be possible.
