You’ll find four spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated:

Three rooms feature comfortable double beds, generous wardrobes, and plenty of natural light. The fourth bedroom is fitted with two single beds—ideal for children, friends, or more flexible group arrangements.

There are three full bathrooms to ensure convenience and privacy: One is an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The other two are shared, modern, and spotlessly clean, with excellent water pressure and contemporary finishes.

The living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city, with cozy sofas, a colorful rug, decorative fireplace, and striking lighting. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are also provided—ideal whether you’re winding down or working remotely.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, from a stove, oven, and microwave to a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all the essential cookware and utensils.

- Check-in is self-guided, with clear instructions provided after booking.
- Late Night Check-In: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 PM) and 9:00 (9 AM) a late check-in fee of €25 will apply. This amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
- If guests lock themselves out of the property or they do not place keys in the lockbox (If applicable) at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply.
- Due to its central location and the bar downstairs, some street noise is to be expected, especially on weekends.
- A security deposit is required to book this property.
