No parties or events

Groups under 25 years of age are not allowed.

No pets allowed on the property

Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

Do not exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 4 guests (children included)

Do not leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out, otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged

Failure to comply with the rules may result in guests being expelled from the accommodation, without a refund.



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.



SECURITY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket, safe. 24-hour security.



CHECK IN: Every day from 17:00 to 19:00
