Apartment

The apartment building is new, built from scratch, consisting of three apartments, and meticulously decorated by an interior designer following our concept of comfort and luxury—a new approach we want to introduce to vacation rentals.

It is fully equipped, facilitating long-term stays (as it has all the equipment and amenities typically found in a permanent, high-end home).

The Space
The apartment is a 155-square-meter triplex (140 square meters in the apartment and a 15-meter terrace for the exclusive use of the suite apartment), designed by an interior designer in an attempt to combine three concepts we intended to achieve in this project:
- Aesthetics;
- Comfort;
- A sense of local belonging.

It comprises an entrance hall, living room, dining room for eight people, and a separate kitchen. It comprises three double bedrooms, one of which is a penthouse suite with a private terrace with sun loungers for two and an electric roof. It also features two bathrooms (one for the exclusive use of the suite bedroom).

All floors have air conditioning, central heating, bathrooms with towel warmers, and each bedroom has a plasma TV/TV with Internet access.

- Street parking:
Available on the building's street for a fee of 0.80 cents per hour (paid at public parking meters). Free from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays. Free all day on weekends and holidays.

We also defined as a benchmark for this STUPENDO space the need for all the comfort equipment inherent to long-term stays.
