Apartment

The apartment is a duplex spread over approximately 160 square meters (115 meters in an apartment and 45 meters in Páteo), designed by an interior designer in an attempt to reconcile three concepts that we intended to achieve in this project:
- Aesthetics;
- Comfort;
- Feeling of local belonging.

It comprises entrance hall, two living rooms, two double rooms (1 en suite), two bathrooms, dining room / kitchen (Equipped for 8 people), Patio (with covered comfort area and outdoor sofas for 8 people, small small lake salt for refreshing baths in summer and for the exclusive use of the apartment filtered and sterilized by automatic procedures, with additional space not covered with two sun loungers).

All floors with air conditioning, central heating, bathrooms with towel warmers and each room with plasma / TV with internet connection.
We also defined as a matrix for this space of STUPENDO the need to have all the comfort equipment inherent to long-term stays.

- Street parking:
Available on the building's street for a fee of 0.80 cents per hour (paid at public parking meters). Free from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays. Also free all day on weekends and holidays.
