Enjoy and relax in this beautiful penthouse, the Casa Ulli, with the Atlantic Ocean and the Ilhas Desertas in front of you. The penthouse is located in Caniço de Baixo, a small village 15 km West of Funchal, the local capital of Madeira island.
The Casa Ulli has an area of 200 m², with 30 m² of Terrace overlooking Canico de Baixo.

This spacious apartment is ideal for up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen with a dining and sitting area leading to the terrace. The terrace is equipped with a jacuzzi, a portable (gas) and built in barbeque, and great seating areas. It is non-smoking, and ideal place to start ones holiday.
The bathroom, living room and terrace have been considerably updated, newly decorated and re-furnished in 2024. The beautiful terrace of Casa Ulli became again a harbour of quietness and nature.
The wheel chair access is guaranteed in case our guests present any physical disabilities.
At present there is construction in the surrounding areas. When booking, you are aware of this and agree to proceed with the respective booking.
To note too that the property layout in terms of decoration can be altered without prior notice. When booking, you will be agreeing to these terms as well as having to respect all house rules as stated in all booking sites and portals.

Please be aware that our properties are situated on a tropical island, where it is common to encounter insects and other natural elements. While we take all necessary measures to maintain a comfortable and clean environment, the presence of such creatures is a natural aspect of the beautiful tropical surroundings. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique experience of staying in this exotic location.
