Truly beautiful apartment with A/C (cool & heating) and all the amenities to make you feel comfortable. Bedroom has a large wardrobe and it is cozy and confortable. Kitchen is pretty and it is fully equipped with all modern appliances including washing machine, microwave, espresso machine and all you may need to cook delicious Portuguese dishes. Bathroom is large with a nice shower and living room is bright and lovely. Ultra high-speed internet 24h is available in the apartment, and also a modern smart TV. It is super well located in a quite area, between the trendy district Príncipe Real, the lively district of Bairro Alto and the super popular district of Chiado. It is also very close to Cais do Sodré and the design district of Santos. Time Out Market is 15min walk from the apartment. The apartment is surrounded by all kind of services, museums, nice bakeries, supermarkets, gardens, ect. You'll always find something to do. The building is located in a very quite street, so it will be nice to return to the apartment after a long day walking in our beautiful city, and rest without noises.
Important: As most of the ancient buildings in old Lisbon, there is no elevator. The apartment is located in the 4th floor of a traditional building, so please take this on consideration when you book our place. It is unsuitable for guests with any mobility limitations.

Public transportation
You will love the option to walk almost everywhere, but when it comes to public transportation the flat is strategically located:
-Subway (A 12-minute walk to metro station Rato – yellow line – or a 12-minute-walk to Baixa/Chiado – blue/green lines)
-Ferry/boat to cross the river (20-minute walk to Cais do Sodre)
-Train to Sintra (Rossio train station is a 15-minute walk) and Belem-Jeronimos/Cascais-beaches (a 20-minute walk to Cais do Sodré train station)
- Stop for tram/cablecar number 28 is a 5min walk.

- Check-in between 21h00 and 23h00 has a fee of 20€. Between 23h00 and 01h00 the fee is 30€.
